Partage d’informations en contexte de crise Covid-19 : cas des médecins urgentistes
Résumé
This article presents the results of a qualitative empirical study conducted with the
medical personnel of an emergency medical aid service during the Covid-19 crisis. It focuses
on information sharing in crisis situations in the case of the daily activities of emergency
physicians. Data were collected from nineteen interviews. The results demonstrate the importance
of information sharing, the multiplication of sharing channels and the central role of
hierarchies in crisis context. They also demonstrate the dual role of the broader public health
system with regards to the sharing and, more broadly, the management of information in
times of crisis.
